Obituary of Diane L. Conway

Diane L. Conway, 70, of Metuchen, passed away Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at J.F.K. Medical Center in Edison. Mrs. Conway was born and raised in Jersey City NJ to the late Joseph and Frieda Franco. After she married her high school sweetheart, Joseph Conway in 1975, she moved to Metuchen, NJ where she was a resident for over forty-eight years. Diane was a homemaker and raised all three of her children at the same home where she live until her passing. She was a great cook and loved shopping and spending time with her family. She had Battled various illnesses over the past few years which she finally succumbed to. She is survived by her loving husband, Joseph Conway, her two sons, Jason Conway of Edison, NJ and Keith Conway of Metuchen, NJ,, her daughter, Lauren Conway of Metuchen, NJ, daughter in-law Dora, her two sisters, Mary Lou Coccuci of Jersey City, NJ and Patricia Prato of Fords, NJ, three grandchildren, Keira, Joey and Victoria. Services will be held Sunday at the Mitruska Funeral Home, Inc., 531 New Brunswick Ave., Fords. Private cremation will follow in the Rosehill Crematory in Linden. Visitation hours will be held Sunday from 12 noon to 4:00 pm.
