Obituary of Margaret Ann Dugasz

Margaret Ann Dugasz, 85, of Fords, passed away Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at the J.F.K. Medical Center in Edison. Mrs. Dugasz was born in Perth Amboy to the late Paul Joseph and Veronica Drahos and had moved to Fords sixty-three years ago. Mrs. Dugasz was a very talented seamstress, in addition to being a devoted wife and mother, she was also the co-owner of Erwin's Bridal Studio in Fords for fifteen years. She was a member of the Our Lady of Hungary Church in Perth Amboy. Margaret was predeceased by her husband of sixty-three years, Erwin J. Dugasz Sr. this past July and by her sister Loretta Dwyer in August. She was also predeceased by her brother Richard Drahos. Surviving are her three daughters Linda M. Sabo, Gail Quick and husband Michael, and Lora Baker and husband Kenneth, three sons Erwin J. Dugasz Jr. and wife Pamela, Paul Dugasz and wife Nancy and David Dugasz and wife Tracey, sixteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday 10 am at the Mitruska Funeral Home, 531 New Brunswick Ave in Fords. Followed by a 10;30 am mass in the Most Holy Name of Jesus Parish- Our Lady of Hungary Church in Perth Amboy. Interment will follow in the Our Lady of Hungary Cemetery in Fords. Visitation hours will be held Sunday from 5 to 8 pm. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial donation to the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
