Obituary of Samuel Cicchine

Samuel Cicchine, 77, of Fords, passed away Thursday, January 5, 2017 at the JFK Medical Center in Edison. Mr. Cicchine was born in Jersey City to the late George and Rose (Monteleone) Cicchine and had lived in Fords for the last forty-four years. Mr. Cicchine was employed by Home Depot in Woodbridge as a kitchen designer for seventeen years before retiring in 2012. He was a member of the Keasbey Outboard Boat Club. Surviving are his loving wife, of forty eight years, Evelyn (McCutcheon) Cicchine, his brother: George Cicchine and wife Mona of Keasbey, his niece Lisa, two great nieces and several cousins. Funeral services will be held Tuesday 8:30 pm at the Mitruska Funeral Home, Inc., 531 New Brunswick Ave., Fords. Visitation hours will be held Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, New Jersey Office, CenterPointe II, Suite 103, 1160 Route 22 East, Bridgewater, NJ 08807-1245.
