Obituary of Mary Rusznak

Mary (Kardos) Rusznak, 95, of Toms River, passed away Saturday, May 13, 2017 at the Claremont Center in Point Pleasant. Mrs. Rusznak was born in Andrejci, Yugoslavia to the late John and Eva (Vajda) Kardos and was a lifelong resident of Perth Amboy. Mrs. Rusznak was employed as a sewing operator for Lumured in Woodbridge for twenty-four years before retiring in 1973. She was a member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church of Perth Amboy. Mary was predeceased by her beloved husband Stephen G. Rusznak in 1988, her dear daughter Barbara Linchinsky and also by two brothers and one sister. She is survived by her loving daughter: Mary Ann Rusznak of Toms River, her granddaughter, Lisa Moore and husband John of Point Pleasant, and her two great grandchildren Caitlyn and Shane. Funeral services will be held Tuesday 11:00 am at the Mitruska Funeral Home, Inc., 531 New Brunswick Ave., Fords. Interment will follow in the Alpine Cemetery in Perth Amboy. Visitation hours will be held Tuesday from 9:00am until 11am at the funeral home.
